Your Trainer

Emma Spencer is a clinical psychologist and the CEO of Spencer Health, a Sydney based health organisation encompassing Child Development Solutions Australia, Sydney Psychology Centre and KidsLink. Emma also has a background in HR consulting, training and executive leadership roles and provides 1:1 supervision and mentoring in clinical practice and private practice management.

Emma is unique in that her experience and training crosses both the clinical and organisational fields. Her strengths as a facilitator and business mentor lie in a synthesis of her deeply compassionate character, organisational efficiency and a thorough understanding of what it means to be a private practice owner. Emma has had very real roles in consulting, leadership and executive level management which have all helped her achieve success in her own health organisation. She is passionate about supporting and empowering other clinicians to achieve their clinical and health practice goals.
